AS OF MARCH 17th ALL BIRD FUELS OFFICES ARE CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC:

To Valued Customers: Status Change;

  • As of Tuesday, March 17th, 2020 our offices will be closed to the public
  • All Lubricant Orders will need to be placed via telephone or email info@birdfuels.com and you can then make arrangements for your items to be picked up in a safe & secure way.

We have committed to the following to increase safety and measures:

  • We will continue to wipe down fuel nozzles daily at cardlock facilities
  • Continue to use gloves, increase your practice of handwashing often, covering mouth when coughing or sneezing, etc)

We apologize for any inconvenience these measures may cause. Bird Fuels is committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for all its employees, customers and business partners. As such, we have introduced protocols to address situations in relation to the Coronavirus/COVID-19.  

 We will continue to update as we receive updates via our Government.

To Valued Customers:

As things are rapidly changing with respect to the COVID-19 situation, Bird Fuels has been developing plans to best address our role in this public health concern. We know that you have been receiving multiple messages in regards to this situation and how it is impacting your life, whether it be through childcare/schooling, public events, or your own health. We would like to provide a summation of our recommendations moving forward.

We have committed to the following to increase safety and measures:

  • Increase cleaning all of the staff facilities
  • Wiping down fuel nozzles at cardlock facilities
  • We are restricting washroom access to staff only
  • If using unmanned locations recommend increased preventative measures to minimize the risk of spreading the virus: (using gloves, increasing your practice of handwashing often, covering mouth when coughing or sneezing, etc)
  • All Fuel Delivery Drivers, HVAC Technicians, and Sales Staff will be provided with Hand Sanitizer to have with them as an extra precaution 

We apologize for any inconvenience these measures my cause. Bird Fuels is committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for all its employees, customers and business partners. As such, we have introduced protocols to address situations in relation to the Coronavirus/COVID-19.  

  To support our efforts, we are asking anyone to advise us if someone who we make deliveries to, who we visit on job sites, and/or who visits our office locations, has or may have been affected by Coronavirus/COVID-19.  
This includes any worker, subcontractor, consultant or visitor.  This information will help us determine what actions need to be taken if any.  If you have been impacted we ask that you do not attend any of our locations and notify us of this prior to any delivery to service being provided. We are asking for strict adherence to these measures as it is all of our responsibility to reduce the spread and impact of this illness on those who are most susceptible.

We feel confident that the risk level of this public health concern remains low as it relates to your interactions with our company and services. 

We continue to be committed to meeting your business and residential needs that you have come to depend on.  Should we have to alter our policies to our current situation we will advise you immediately of all changes.
