Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute HVAC system installations (residential/light commercial)
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Ensure compliance with all safety and building codes
- Collaborate with office and sales teams
Provide guidance and support to junior techs - Maintain accurate records of work performed

Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of HVAC installation experience
- Valid 313D Refrigeration License
- Valid G2 Gas Technician License
- OBT2 Certification is an asset
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Valid driver’s license with clean abstract
